The Structural Crisis behind the Officialdom Opportunism

Abstract: The officialdom opportunism is a drawback of society. It has no "fixed form", views conforming to rules as pedantry, and judges good and evil by results. Opportunists decide to reap profit because of the deficient system, calculate personal gains with a speculative psychology, uses connections to "open the door", and makes choices based on their private purposes. In today's society, lack of regulations is the root cause of officialdom opportunism, pursuit of material benefits is its important reason, prejudice is its cultural gene, understanding distortion is its psychological cause, and feudal residual is its historical origin.
